Superbolt Tensioners (2022)

Superbolt Tensioners (1)

Superbolt was the world’s first to revolutionize nuts and bolts with multi-jackbolt tensioning (MJT) technology. Our technology has been proven in tens of thousands of successful installations and we continue to develop a multitude of solutions to solve the next generation of bolting challenges.

Multi-Jackbolt Tensioners

Superbolt tensioners offer you simple and cost-effective tightening of large size bolts. Your joints can be tightened with high accuracy without requiring specialized skills or heavy tooling.

A wide range of tensioners isavailable in the standard series, as well as an unlimited capacity to create special designs to meet your unique needs.

The standard series includes nut-style and bolt-style tensioners.

Bolting Made Simple

Superbolt multi-jackbolt tensioners take high preload requirements and breakthem down into manageable torques using the jackbolts threaded through the nut body. They remain easy to install, even on larger sizes, compared to standard hex bolts.

  • Quick and easy installation and removal
  • Only hand tools required
  • Safe method for installation
  • Fits in restricted areas
  • Profitable life-cycle cost
  • Reliable operation
  • Simple maintenance procedure
