- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound chicken breasts or tenders cut into cubes
- 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce my homemade version or store bought
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Wash the potatoes and cut them in half.
Place in the slow cooker and add the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and stir until coated.
In a small bowl add the chicken cubes and the garlic parmesan sauce and toss until coated. Place the coated chicken in the slow cooker and give it a toss.
Cook on low 6 hours or high 3 hours
The last 20 minutes add in the broccoli florets
The last 5 minutes sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, put the lid back on and let the cheese melt.
Serve with some extra sauce if desired.
Notes
I like to use baby potatoes but you can certainly use russet or Yukon gold potatoes diced into cubes.
Chicken thighs can be used instead of chicken breasts.
Green beans, or cauliflower can be used instead of broccoli.
